Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage IID’s creative and communications team, ensuring daily task delegation and flow of deliverables.
- Oversee the timely production of IID’s communication materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Identify areas for team improvement and provide capacity-building opportunities.
Social Media Strategy & Website Management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase IID’s visibility and engagement on social media platforms.
- Ensure IID’s social media channels and website are regularly updated with relevant content.
- Leverage IID’s online presence to enhance engagement and visibility in alignment with strategic goals.
Campaign & Event Collaboration
- Collaborate with IID’s research and program teams to develop communication strategies for upcoming events and campaigns.
- Manage timelines, including creating Gantt charts, and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Research teams to create marketing and branding materials targeted at potential donors and funders.
Audio-Visual Content Production
- Develop efficient processes for producing high-quality audio-visual content, including integration of AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Oversee the audio-visual development process: ideation, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and finalizing videos for social media platforms.
Design & Aesthetic Leadership
- Oversee the design aesthetics of IID’s research and communication materials, ensuring they align with IID’s visual storytelling approach and branding guidelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design communication principles to ensure effective visual storytelling.
Additional Responsibilities
- Analyze social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital content creation, including graphic design, animation, video production, and social media marketing.
- Proactively use online tools, such as SEO, to optimize digital content for better reach and engagement.
- Continuously learn and embody IID’s mission, vision, and communication philosophy, integrating these elements into content development.
