Job Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the overall marketing and sales strategy in alignment with Bezpoke’s business goals.
Build and manage the internal marketing and sales team, including Digital Marketers, Marketing Executives, and Sales Executives.
Oversee branding, advertising, PR, social media, and digital campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns—both digital and field-based (door-to-door, referrals, collaborations).
Optimise the customer experience, from first contact to post-purchase engagement.
Track performance metrics (footfall, conversion rate, customer retention, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with showroom offerings.
Represent Bezpoke in industry events, expos, and high-profile client interactions.
You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other department heads to ensure cohesive growth.
